This page sets the delivery rules for orders and destinations accepted by the live checkout.

Order timeline

Preparation usually takes 1–2 business days. Once the carrier receives the parcel, 2–4 business days is the estimated travel time, not a guaranteed commitment. Peak periods, weather, carrier disruption, access limits, and incorrect addresses may extend delivery.

Checkout and address accuracy

Checkout determines whether free shipping applies and displays any charge before purchase. The recipient must enter a complete, accurate address and contact information. A post-order correction may be impossible after processing begins.

Shipment visibility

We provide tracking when the service supports it. Initial or intermediate scans can be delayed. Contact us promptly about a prolonged delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-not-received scan, damaged box, or damaged product, including order details and relevant label, package, and item images.

Case assessment and limitations

We may coordinate with the carrier and request more evidence before deciding what remedy is available; reporting an issue does not guarantee replacement or refund. Destination, product, safety, quantity, and carrier restrictions can prevent shipping. Mandatory law continues to apply.
